Depth Hypnosis is a therapeutic spiritual counseling model for self transformation developed by Isa Gucciardi, PhD, weaving together Applied Buddhist Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Applied Shamanic Counseling and Hypnotherapy; while being supported by Energy Medicine creating a holistic integrated therapeutic container for healing.
A Deepening of understanding...
Experience is not needed for this work and everyone is welcome. Everyone’s path to healing is unique as is the direction of the sessions; in a session we will discuss what you want to focus on and use that as a pathway into an altered state, which is similar to being in a meditative state, putting parts of the conscious mind to rest allowing the subconscious mind to come forth. The power is working with the emotional realities, through the lens and remembrance of the body rather than staying solely on an intellectual level therapeutically. With that being said, we don’t spend too much time on the surface level of the pattern, but use what is taking place on that level, as a doorway in, to get to the root of the imbalance. By working with an altered state, Depth Hypnosis provides an underground network of information that can otherwise be locked off by the rational mind. This level of separation is a protective mechanism, but also separates us from the very essence of our innately desired wholeness. Therefore we may have repeating patterns, things happening to us sharing a connecting thread, dreams, all aspects of our subconscious mind nudging us to wake up and take a look at the place where the wounding, or disruption occurred, where a pattern or trauma originated, to unravel and heal it, without spending too much time in the fragile space.
Working in this way gives an opportunity to look deeply at an issue down to the root cause with self responsibility, and to create lasting change, repair, self empowerment and transformation.

This work can be done both locally in Hailey, Idaho, and non locally over zoom.
This work transmutes time and space and can be rather powerfully experienced on zoom in your personal place of comfort, taking a commute out of the picture.
This work is amazing for people with anxiety, depression, recurring patterns, repetitive behavior that is difficult to shake, addiction, PTSD, body image issues, chronic fatigue and other physical ailments, negative belief systems, anything that is symptomatic with the opportunity to bring us towards wholeness. This can also be powerful work as you navigate an initiation, or preparing for a ceremony, such as a wedding, conscious conception, or birth.
